Around 1990 year, from the philosophical effort are analyzed the most general and abstract meanings of thought (as the time, space and change), with first decisive observation, that the time substantially corresponds in real change (in change of energy) and from the formulation of general beginning, that the total of the Universe is always the itself, with the all possible ways, in a maximum time period.

From an excessively dense and hot situation, where are not in effect the known natural laws. From this unknown situation with a inexplicable way, it began to take shape the time and the space.

► Beginning of the Universe.

The opening for the solution of a problem is the half of solution and here is found the big advantage of this theory. The Universe was always the same and complete (in the maximum period). However relatively this continues becoming as incomplete, with beginning from the minimal time intervals, which the Universe contains. In the minimal time intervals of the Universe they correspond certain minimal fluctuations of energy and elementary sums of energy that constitute structural elements of matter, with the free space to participate dynamically in the structure of matter.

The theory creates the same problem that is supposed that it should it solve, that is to say the problem how it became also if became the creation of the nature. It does not give answer in how became the Big Bang, why that moment and what could exist before the start of world. On the contrary it requires we stop the research...

► On what data is based the theory without it explains.

It demands an Universe self-existent, in which all the changes of things become without it changes their total. From the start, interprets the existence of laws, with a first and shorter interpretation, the need is maintained exactly same the total of world. The same interpretation in more developed, interprets the laws of nature with the existence minimal and biggest limits in the natural changes, same limits everywhere in the space and always in the time. The limits are connected with the law for the conservation of energy and in final analysis with the initial admission of the theory, about the stability of the completed Universe.

This theory, having absorbs the previous philosophical thoughts, gives prospect in the human logic, because it does not transfer the problem about creation of world in something previous and perfectly different, neither in an infinite line of developments. It accepts and explains the independence of the Universe, it develops the explanation about the unity of things, it directs the research with the correct questions and in the end, it reaches to coincides with admissible relations of physics and particularly with the law of the conservation of energy.

► The more powerful observations that strengthen the theory.

<•> The observation of a diffuse Microwave radiation (Cosmic Microwave Radiation of Background CMBR), which had been forecasted theoretically by one Russian physicist. This radiation/noise is considered the outcome of older radiation that had the hot Universe in the first stages of its creation and in the first phases of its dilation. <•> This theory, from its general beginning exports with reasonable order, connects and it forecasts a crowd of phenomena, which are already known and have been observed in physics as some accidental and independent discoveries. In general, it is decisive the observation about the existence of periodical phenomena, common attributes and same laws in the all nature, after the all things are considered shaping by most rapid oscillations of energy in a constant total quantity, that is found in situation of balance.

<•> Particularly it forecasts and interprets the gravitational field as inversed electromagnetic waves, that are assembled and which centralize energy to the structure of matter permanently.
